Our goal is to ensure that every team member can assist owners with their queries, whether via phone or email. We believe it is essential for our support staff to have a thorough understanding of each building to provide the highest level of service possible.
Our Services
At OCCM, we understand that managing an Owners Corporation involves more than just ticking boxes. From everyday issues to unexpected challenges, there are often situations that fall outside the standard scope of traditional management services.
These moments usually require help from external contractors, consultants, or service providers and that’s where things can get complicated. Miscommunication, delays, and unclear responsibilities can lead to frustration.
We’ve built strong relationships with trusted professionals and developed a practical service model that helps bridge those gaps. By coordinating these services on your behalf, we aim to simplify the process and offer a single point of contact, making things easier for committees and residents alike.
Accounting & Software
OCCM uses Macquarie Bank to manage individual accounts for each Owners Corporation. These accounts are reconciled daily to ensure accuracy and transparency. Any interest earned is reinvested directly into the Owners Corporation’s account.
For reporting and document access, we currently use PropertyIQ (PIQ), a secure online platform that provides real-time financial and building information. Owners Corporation committees and individual lot owners can access the portal anytime, at no extra cost.
We also work closely with a number of well-regarded auditors who specialise in Owners Corporation financial reviews and audits. These relationships help ensure your financial records are professionally maintained and compliant.
All owners receive access to the PIQ Owners Portal, which offers up-to-date information about the building and their individual lot/s, making it easier to stay informed and engaged.
Fees & Levies
In addition to all fees and levies being provided to owners, OCCM will provide to all owners fees and levies by their preferred delivery option, as well as the opportunity to access our software’s Owners Portal which will enable them to view all levies loaded against their Lot/s, download statements and receipts or make a payment direct via the Portal.
Debt Recovery
OCCM has a rigorous, yet ethical, management of owners accounts that have not been paid on time.
OCCM will always make every effort to contact owners prior to instigating any debt recovery action to ensure data integrity first and foremost, and to then to ensure that we have provided owners with enough opportunity to enter into a suitable approved payment plan in the event that an owner is currently experiencing any financial hardship.
